Terms and Conditions

1. Service

Black Premier USA provides private transportation services by reservation in Miami and South Florida.
All reservations are subject to availability.

2. Reservations

Reservations must be made with accurate and complete information.
The customer is responsible for providing correct flight details and addresses.
The Company is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

3. Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time

  • Additional stops

  • Last-minute changes

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Late cancellations may incur charges.
No-shows may result in full service charges.

5. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: up to 45 minutes of courtesy wait time after landing.

  • Other services: 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
    Additional waiting time will be charged.

6. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • There is aggressive behavior

  • Illegal substances are consumed

  • The safety of the driver or vehicle is put at risk

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control

  • Missed flights

  • Items left in the vehicle

8. Vehicle Damage

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
